Lunch ideas

Have a can of tomato paste with some good cheese.
to make this lunch work, you have to get the organic tomato paste so that it is not bitter.
normally I have the small cans, but I have a larger can today, I hope I can finish it, but that is what the cheese is for, you have to eat some cheese every time you start to get the "I want to throw up" feeling.
if you do it right you can really get use to this really intense lunch, and it is possible to get yourself to think it tastes good.

I spent some money over the weekend, and this converts the going out to lunch days to eat at your desk days, I will go to the gardens for lunch, but they have no food, at least it is really cheep.
